Company History

Twin City Catering, Inc. has been fulfilling the needs and wishes of our clients for fifteen years. We have developed a loyal customer base that relies on our professionalism year after year. From a small, storefront operation with a handful of employees, Twin City Catering has grown into a significant presence in the region. The company now employs more than one hundred employees at our 20,000 square foot headquarters which is located just north of downtown Minneapolis by the Mississippi River.

Twin City Catering has four divisions:

1. Professional Foodservice is one of the largest corporate drop-off catering companies in the Twin Cities, catering for clients up to fifty miles from our headquarters.
2. Picnics Plus!, the largest outdoor event company in the region, staging picnics, open houses and other events for groups of up to 13,000 people. Picnics Plus! has traveled 1600 miles for major events, providing all the food, entertainment and services for our clients.
3. Northwinds Aviation Foodservice is the largest private aviation catering company in the region, servicing the four Twin Cities airports in addition to more distant clients. Northwinds has developed a reputation for providing the Special Touch to all of its catering.
4. Twin City Celebrations provides upscale catering at our venues, at clients’ locations and at many other venues where the division is a preferred caterer.

In addition to these divisions. The company has its venue at its headquarters where more than 500 people can be seated for dinner, more than 1000 for a cocktail party, more than 350 for a casino dinner party.
